Plus most of the highly phytonutrient-dense antioxdant-rich fruits are deeelicious - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and more - and the veggies, too - broccoli, carrots, and more.

		<description>I totally agree with you. Antioxidants are vital. And So are amino acids. They have to be consumed through your diet, and as we all know, everybody is addicted to McDonalds which provides NO nutritional value.

I surf alot, and my change in diet has helped me become way more athletic. Not bad for a 21 year old.

It&#039;s all about DIET. Make sure you eat all the things your body REALLY DOES NEED.
